Privacy Policy

Incorporated educational institution TCC Japanese Institute (hereinafter called the "Institution"), as an educational corporation that has been engaged in the Japanese language education and has social responsibility in that regard, seriously recognizes the importance of handling personal information and all of its teachers and staff will make every effort to protect such personal information in a proper and strict manner.

Collection, Use and Disclosure of Personal Information

1) The Institution collects personal information in an appropriate and fair manner, and within the scope necessary for achieving its business purposes.

Management of Personal Information

The Institution will manage personal information properly and take necessary preventive measures against loss, alteration and leakage of and unauthorized access to personal information. In the event of an accident, it will conduct corrective measures promptly.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations

The Institution will handle personal information in compliance with the laws and other regulations of Japan. The Institution will develop rules for dealing with personal information, audit the implementation and effectiveness of such rules regularly, and review and improve their performance on a continuous basis.
